Thank you for visiting the www.natureloopmy.com Website (“Site”) which is under the operation of Ethos Plastic Enterprise. (“Natureloop”, “our”, “us” or “we”). We respect your privacy and want to protect your Personal Information (as defined below).
This Privacy Policy gives an explanation on the way we collect, use, process and (under certain limited conditions) disclose your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia (“PDPA”). For the purpose of Privacy Policy, the term “processing” shall have the meaning prescribed in the PDPA. This Privacy Policy also explains the steps we have taken to ensure that your Personal Information is secured. Lastly, this Privacy Policy explains your options regarding the collection, use, processing and disclosure of your Personal Information. By accessing the Site directly or through another site, you accept the practices, requirements, and/or policies described in this Privacy Policy and you hereby consent to us collecting, using, disclosing and/or processing your Personal Information. IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES OR ACCESS THE SITE.
This Privacy Policy does not necessarily apply to any offline collection of your Personal Information. Please see below for details.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices on any web site not operated by Natureloop to which the Site links or that links to the Site.
TYPE OF INFORMATION

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Information” means any information which relates to you and which was collected or provided to us for the purposes stated in under this Privacy Policy.

2. Source of Personal Information.

INFORMATION USE
1. Information Use.
We use your Personal Information to:

Age. We respect children’s privacy. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect Personal Information from persons under age 18. If you are under the age of 18, please do not submit any Personal Information to us, and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you.
2. Obligatory Personal Information and Disclosure.
1. All information and Persona Information requested for in the relevant forms is obligatory to be provided by you unless stated otherwise. The failure to supply such information as may be needed may:

Your Personal Information may be disclosed to relevant third parties (in or outside of Malaysia) as required under law, pursuant to relevant contractual relationship (for example, where we appoint third party service providers) or for the purposes stated in under this Privacy Policy (or directly related to those purposes). In this regard, your Personal Information may be disclosed to the following classes of third parties:
· as with most Internet retailers, we sometimes use third party operators to perform specific functions on our behalf such as banks or financial institutions, software vendors, auditors, lawyers, company secretary, consultants, contractors, professional advisors, service providers, printing companies, conference/training/event organizer, other advisers, insurance companies, investigators and etc.);
· our business partners or Affiliates who may jointly provide the service requested for;

You should be aware that any content or information you choose to disclose in these areas can be read, collected and used by other users, the general public and other sites (including search engines);

We may share non-Personal Information data (such as the number of daily visitors to a particular web page, or the size of an order placed on a certain date) with third parties such as advertising partners. This information does not directly personally identify you or any user.
3. Contests and Other Promotions.
From time to time, we may offer contests or other promotions. Participation in these promotions may require registration (see 1. Information Collection, above). If you participate in these promotions, we collect contact information such as your name, NRIC, address, and email address and we may share this information with co-sponsors or other third parties involved in the presentation of the promotion that we identify in the rules or entry materials. We don’t control these third parties’ privacy practices, and our Privacy Policy does not apply to their collection and use of your information. We may also share some of your entry information with third parties or the public in connection with the administration of the promotion, such as winner selection and prize fulfilment, and as permitted by the promotion's official rules, such as on a winners' list.
DATA SECURITY
The Site incorporates physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your Personal Information, including Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) for all financial transactions through the Site. We use SSL encryption to protect your Personal Information online, and we also take several steps to protect your Personal Information in our facilities. OFFLINE COLLECTION, USE & DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
The majority of information that we collect is obtained through the Site, and this Privacy Policy applies only to that online collection of Personal Information. We also may collect information offline, where we also try to protect the privacy of your Personal Information. One example involves someone calling us to place an order or to ask questions. When someone calls, we will ask only for the Personal Information we need in order to place the order or to answer the question. When we need to store information (such as order information), we will enter it into our database through SSL encryption. (See the Data Security section above for more information). There are other ways we could learn of Personal Information offline, and this Privacy Policy doesn’t discuss or try to predict all of those methods or uses. As mentioned, we try our best to approach offline collection, uses, and disclosures consistently with our relevant online practices.

SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We may pass your Personal Information on to third-party service providers contracted by Natureloop to perform certain services for us and our Affiliates, or to collaborate directly with you. Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only for the purposes and to complete the tasks identified within the Natureloop/Contractor contract. When they no longer require your data to fulfil this service, they will dispose of the details in line with Natureloop’s procedures.
